The terms governing your use of NeuralFusion™.

01. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the NeuralFusion™ platform at tryneuralfusion.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Life Edet, the developer and operator of NeuralFusion™. If using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

02. Description of service

NeuralFusion™ is a cognitive performance platform delivering:

• A structured 5-lesson, 7-week cognitive curriculum.
• The Cognitive Fragmentation Index (CFI) Edition 2.0 assessment.
• Individual cognitive profiling across five dimensions.
• An Enterprise Portal for organisational cohort management, facilitator dashboards, and pre/post assessment tracking.

03. Account registration

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, notify us promptly of any unauthorised access, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

04. Subscription & payments

Pro access: full access requires payment of the current Pro fee, as displayed on the platform. Payments are processed via Paystack. Pricing may be updated by the platform administrator with reasonable notice.

Refunds: due to the digital nature of platform content, all sales are generally final. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase where the platform has not been substantially accessed.

05. Enterprise access

Enterprise facilitators agree to use the platform for legitimate organisational training purposes, manage cohort codes responsibly, protect the facilitator PIN, and comply with all applicable employment, data protection, and privacy laws when administering assessments.

06. Permitted use & restrictions

You must not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform content without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform.
• Use the platform to train competing AI or machine learning systems.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account access to third parties.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

07. Intellectual property

All content on the NeuralFusion™ platform, including the curriculum, CFI assessment, cognitive framework, scoring methodologies, interface design, and software, is the intellectual property of Life Edet and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright law.

The NeuralFusion™ name and logo are trademarks of Life Edet. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.

08. Assessment content & accuracy

We make no warranty that assessment results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose beyond the developmental and training context for which they are designed.

09. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing law, changes & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We may modify these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
