02. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:

05. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these circumstances:

06. Data storage & security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, row-level security and access control policies, and secure session management via Supabase Auth.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to fulfil the purposes described here, and thereafter as required by applicable law.
07. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and the right to object to certain processing. To exercise any right, contact us at the details below. We will respond within 30 days.

09. Data breach response
In the event of a personal data breach, we will assess the breach without undue delay, notify the NDPC within 72 hours where required, notify affected individuals where there is high risk to their rights, and take appropriate remedial action.
10. Children's privacy
NeuralFusion™ is designed for professional and organisational use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
